A mobile home selling requires just as much work as any home selling task. But you will be quite happy to know that the price of mobile homes has very much increased in the last year. A mobile home with two bedrooms can be worth as much or even over $2.7 million! It is an especially staggering number because even in that price, the homebuyers don’t own the land of the home. Due to this, buyers will still be required to pay rent to the land owner, and then face little possibility in obtaining a mortgage. But fear not, mobile home owners – people chose to pay the price should have a good idea of what they are going to pay.
 
Mobile home selling is actually not that different from any other kind of home selling. There are some legal requirements you will have to finish, however. The seller must be sure that all property taxes have also been paid. You must also try to transfer the title to the new owner, applying a document stating that all personal property taxes have been paid. Most importantly, try not to forget to report to authorizing offices that you have transferred the title, otherwise the office will still charge you for tax. Some areas would also require that anyone engaged in the business of selling mobile homes will need to obtain a mobile home retailer's license.

Marketing a mobile home is the one that is relatively similar to others. You can get the assistance of a realtor in order to make it even more easy. Try to talk to your agent and put out advertisements – it is always a most essential process in mobile home selling.

Expect people to call and come over to see your house. During home showings, you might want to explain the ownership status of your mobile home (do you own the land? To whom should you pay the rent ?). The age of a mobile house is far more important than other houses, so you should try to expect a lot of questions about this.

When you’ve accepted a buyer’s offer, try to take time in considering the price which is offered. Selling a home usually implies buying another shortly after – whether you are willing to invest in another mobile home or to move to other kinds of homes, try to think about the overall cost and how it will then be covered.

Mobile home selling will require a little bit of extra work as far as legal matters are concerned. But with a good price, this shouldn’t prevent the sellers.
